Call for speakers now open for GEO Business 2026

by | Dec 12, 2025

The search starts now – entries are open to speak at GEO Business 2026.

Visionaries, innovators, and boundary-pushers from across geospatial are invited to take the stage at Excel London, 3-4 June 2026. Over 6,100 professionals and 110+ leading brands will be there to celebrate the advancements in the field and champion one thing: the power – and future – of location.

“We want to hear from people with powerful ideas; thinkers and doers who can energise, inform, and inspire our audience.” says Event Manager, Annie Reardon-Smith.

“If you’re shaping the future of geospatial technology, using location data to solve real-world problems, or addressing the industry’s most pressing issues, we want to hear about it.”

Why take the mic?

GEO Business isn’t just another industry event – it’s where the future of geospatial gets mapped out. With 150+ expert sessions, demos, workshops, debates, and real-world case studies, it’s where bold ideas and brilliant minds connect to push the boundaries of geospatial innovation.

Previous speaker Andrew Evans, Senior Product Manager, Topcon, noted:

“There’s a lot going on – it’s interesting to see. What I’m really impressed with is the quality of speakers and a well thought out selection of presentations.”

Fellow speaker, Dr Iris Kramer, Founder and CEO of ArchAI, highlighted the importance of exposure: “We got loads and loads of people coming to our talk and lots of interesting conversations from that, so it’s been really great.”

Mapping the future of geospatial: The topics to touch on

If it’s shaping the geospatial landscape, it belongs on the programme. Themes span the full spectrum, including:

  • Next-generation applications of location intelligence
  • BIM, GIS, and digital integration across the built environment
  • Geospatial analytics, data management, and decision support
  • Earth observation, remote sensing, and satellite technologies
  • Mapping, surveying, and measurement innovation
  • Sustainability, climate resilience, and societal impact through geospatial
  • Emerging tech: AI, automation, and smart systems

New for 2026: AI takes the stage

The AI in Action Stage will make its debut at the show, with a promise to prove why AI isn’t just a buzzword.  It’s designed to teach how AI is transforming the way we capture, understand, and shape the world around us – live, unfiltered, and built for the challenges facing geospatial right now.

But geospatial is about more than just AI. Applicants can also choose from:

  • Earth Observation
  • Transport & Infrastructure
  • AEC Stage
  • Surveying & Mapping
  • Utilities & Energy

New voices welcome

When it comes to building the programme, fresh ideas, rising talent and underrepresented perspectives are top priority. GEO Business is committed to building a more inclusive and representative geospatial community, and first-time speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
