Sterling Geo Announces Dates for Annual ERDAS UGM

Loughborough, United Kingdom, May 28, 2013—Sterling Geo is delighted to be able to host the ERDAS user group meeting again after last year’s highly successful conference.  This year, the meeting will be held on the 15th and 16th October 2013 at Eynsham Hall in Oxfordshire.

Following last year's inaugural event, the 2013 user group meeting will be bigger and better.  Sterling Geo are offering clients a unique opportunity to meet other members of the geo-community and to learn about the latest developments from Sterling’s technical experts. The essential two-day event for users of all ERDAS software incorporates informative talks including full updates on the ERDAS portfolio, longer in-depth workshops and a hands on press and play area, including the opportunity to experience the wider Intergraph geospatial portfolio.  Attendees can look forward to speakers from an extensive range of organisations, specialised breakout sessions and an evening of networking at the breathtaking venue.

The UGM offers exceptional value at only £110 if booked by the 31st June including the cost of the meeting, food and accommodation on the night of the 15th.  Sterling Geo’s director Phil Cooper says:  “Geographic data is at the heart of everything we do.  With big changes in functionality, increasing numbers of sensors and wider application across geo-sectors, the UGM is a chance to gain knowledge, refresh your skills and see what is coming up next.”

Additionally, this year Sterling Geo is running bespoke training sessions the day before the conference starts.  Clients are now offered the opportunity to arrive on the 14th October and will receive a full day’s training before joining the Sterling Geo team for dinner and an extra overnight stay at Eynsham Hall.  Pricing and details of the course will be published shortly.  Early booking for both the main meeting and the training is essential as there are limited overnight places.  To book your place at the UGM, call Sterling Geo on 0800 912 0988., 0800 912 0988
