  •  Electricity demonstrations and related hands-on activities with Discovery Center partner Cool Science, including the Discovery Center’s large Van de Graaf generator.
  • The Discovery Center Space Demo Cart will be in the gallery with a Flir® infrared camera (aka thermal gun) giving guests a vision of the world beyond what the human eye can see.
  • Robotic rover “recon missions” in the Mars Robotics Laboratory, where guests get the chance to program rovers and collect intelligence on the Red Planet.
  • Hands-on mapping and navigation activities on Mars — because surface terrain and geography are as important in space exploration missions as they are in military operations.
