Arlington Heights, IL, July 27, 2016 ” Scranton Gillette Communications’ Storm Water Solutions (SWS), Water & Wastes Digest (W&WD) and Roads & Bridges magazines, in partnership with renowned industry leader Harry Stark, are launching a new national networking and education event in 2017, dedicated to providing efficient, responsible and economical solutions for storm water and erosion control.
The two-and-a-half-day Storm Water Solutions Conference & Exhibition will take place November 7-9, 2017, at the Tinley Park Convention Center, located 30 minutes south of downtown Chicago. In addition to approximately 90 exhibits of industry products and services, the conference will feature accredited seminars addressing the challenges and solutions that industry professionals experience today and in the future. Attendees will be invited to participate in workshops, prize drawings and networking opportunities.
“This is a unique new offering that complements our bi-annual Storm Water Solutions Virtual Expos,” says Dennis Martyka, publisher of SWS and W&WD. “With this event, we are answering the call of industry professionals who have been seeking a venue to learn about new technology and applications, and to share their own challenges and solutions. This is that venue.”
The Tinley Park Convention Center is adjacent to Interstate 80, located 24 miles from Chicago Midway Airport and about 40 miles south of O’Hare. A block of rooms will be reserved for attendees and exhibitors at a hotel convenient to the exhibit hall.
A call for papers will be announced in early 2017 and registration will open in the summer of 2017 at www.swsconferenceexpo.com.
