Hexagon claims it is the world’s most widely used remote sensing software.

Oblique imagery is rapidly gaining popularity and presents all five views of a building, structure or property”nadir (looking straight down) and four 45° oblique angles captured from the north, south, east and west by five aerial cameras simultaneously. Sanborn Oblique Analyst® now lets ERDAS IMAGINE users select an area on a map, look at the imagery views of that area, select a view, and then pan and zoom around the selected area to measure, analyze and extract critical information from the imagery. A built-in compass feature indicates image direction and view.
