Lockheed Martin Defense Weather Satellite Receives Operational Acceptance

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Sept. 16, 2014—The newest Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP) satellite, built by Lockheed Martin , was accepted for operations by U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) on August 19.
