A DigitalGlobe image shows the world’s largest hand-painted flag, created by artist Scott LoBaido, on the 3.5-acre roof of Lamons Gasket Company near William P. Hobby Airport in Houston. LoBaido says Old Glory is his favorite work of art. He began the project onJune 14, 2010—Flag Day—and finished the 150,000-square-foot painting on July 4, 2010.
