PTFS Announces Release of ArchivalWare 5/ArchivalWare GS 5

North Bethesda, Md., April 10, 2014”PTFS, a leading provider of enterprise content management and library solutions, is proud to announce the upcoming May release of ArchivalWare 5.  ArchivalWare 5 brings many new features and enhanced performance for managing digital content, imagery libraries and geospatial data. ArchivalWare is PTFS' award-winning Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system used by agencies, corporations and libraries worldwide to manage their digital content and provide broad but controlled accessibility.  ArchivalWare GS is the same ECM with geospatial visualization and tools for managing imagery and geospatial data types.  Both ArchivalWare and ArchivalWare GS are released in this version 5.

Key features in ArchivalWare 5.0 include an improved user interface and search GUI that allows dynamic tabular results and consolidated view.  Customizable content enrichment and a clipboard for saving, organizing and viewing work and orders makes the content management process faster and easier.  Additionally, ArchivalWare 5.0 performance is improved and the administration interaction is enhanced and simplified.
