SuperSurv Helps French Environment Department in Alsace

Supergeo Technologies is pleased to announce that SuperSurv, the multifunctional mobile GIS software was earlier selected by the DREAL of Alsace to collect spatial data. Integrated by three different departments and established in 2010, the DREAL of Alsace is the regional environmental authority of Alsace, France. Its mission is to ensure the sustainable development of the environment, including to plan and to implement the policies for housing, prevention of pollution, transportation, and energy.

Developed by Supergeo, SuperSurv is a mobile GIS application that can meet various needs from fieldworkers and is available both on Android OS and iOS. Users not only can create, edit, and display spatial data with ease but also can gain great convenience with abundant features of SuperSurv. For example, SuperSurv supports map services in WMS and WMTS formats, which will help users to validate the correctness of the collected data by overlaying with other spatial data as the reference. Furthermore, the offline editing provided by SuperSurv allows users to edit data in the areas without internet connection, letting the fieldworks being done more smoothly.

Besides SuperSurv, Supergeo has very complete products that can cover diverse GIS demands, including Server GIS, Desktop GIS, and GIS for Developers. On July 6, Supergeo is going to host a webinar, and the topic will be focused on how to build an online cadastral querying system with our latest GIS server- SuperGIS Server 3.3.
